Kuwait, May 3, 2017: Kuwait Medical International, a group company for the state-of-the-art, multi-speciality Medical Centers located at various prime locations spread across the State of Kuwait was awarded with recognition & honours from the Ministry of Health of Kuwait at the 5^th Edition of ‘The International Conference to Combat Counterfeit in Medicines & Medical Supplies’ that was held-at The Regency Hotel, Kuwait from April 30 – May 01, 2017.

The event, which was hosted by the Ministry of Health under the patronage of Kuwait’s Minister of Health His Excellency Dr. Jamal Mansour Abdullah Al-Harbi is a yearly feature and was also supported by the Ministries of Health of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan & Egypt. The conference was mainly aimed at creating awareness and immediate responsiveness in tackling the menace of counterfeiting in medicines, equipment and medical supplies in the region.

The event attracted around 500 delegates from the region. Visitors to the event were provided with free consultation & screening, gifts and were also offered with discount coupons that may be later redeemed at any of the Medical Centers under the umbrella of Kuwait Medical International.
