Apart from the menace of kidney stones formation, the occurrence of bladder stone is a common phenomenon here in Kuwait as well, says Dr. Ali Mehdi Zadeh, Consultant Urologist and Head of Kuwaiti German Urology Unit.

 He adds “The notable cause includes urinary stasis, with bladder outflow obstruction – in laymen terms, failure to completely empty the bladder on urination, is the leading cause of bladder stones, both in men and women.”
